how to shop

We at Mooni ship internationally to all countries worldwide. Its easy to choose your item and put the in you shopping cart! And you don’t even have to become a member.

This is how you do:
Just click on the item you like, some items you can chose your favorite color or lampshade, and add it to the shopping cart. For check out, you just click either Go to chart or Checkout on the top right corner, on top of the page. You will now se your Shopping Cart, and to continue click on Proceed To Checkout. At the Checkout, you fill in your address and contact info, choose your preferred Fright Forwarder, Choose Payment Method. Click “Place order”

You can log in to your Mooni account to see your order history, shipping andress etc.

Att Mooni we want everyone everywhere to be able to use our solar lights. We offer worldwide shipping. If you have any question about orders, shipping or related please contact us on store@mooni.com.


Shipping items

When we have receive your order it will be fulfilled within 3 business days (subject to stock availability, up to 7 days during sales). When your order has been places we will send you a preliminary conformation. Then when your package has been shipped you will receive an email with final conformation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.


We accept payments by the following cards:

VISA and MASTERCARD.

We are NOT able to accept payments by Check or banktransfer.

Currency
We charge all order OUTSIDE and INSIDE Europe in EURO.


Shipping charges

At Mooni.com we add the shipping fee according to the total weight of the shipment. The fee will be displayed when you are ready to checkout.

If you are not completely happy with your items, you have the full right to return the item for refund. The item must be in a saleable condition and be returned within 14 days from the day you have received the order. The refund will be credited back to your account within 30 days. This does not include items which are on sale. Please note that we do not refund and exchange items that are on sale.

 

Please be aware that items can only be returned if the seal is intact.Of course you may look and feel at the products before deciding to keep it, but it must be returned unused in a saleable condition with all tags intact.Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to make exchanges of items. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and then place a new order on the website.Return procedure

 

Please fill out the return form, enclosed in the package and send it with your returned item. Send your return to the following address.

If you send back a faulty item please contact the customer service by sending an e-mail to us on shop@mooni.com before returning the item.
